How Driving Climate Action Can Accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals

Join us on February 24th for a critical High-Level Panel discussion examining the impact of fossil fuels on key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Ireland’s path toward a more sustainable future. This timely conversation will bring together distinguished climate and development experts to explore how Ireland’s continued reliance on oil, gas, and coal production is obstructing progress on global development objectives.

Registration for in-person attendees will begin at 1:45 PM, with the event commencing at 2:00 PM online and running until 4:00 PM.

Ireland is already experiencing the harsh realities of climate change. Recent flash floods have caused millions in damages, leaving homeowners and farmers increasingly vulnerable to extreme weather.

This panel will provide critical insights into the path forward, highlighting how ambitious climate action can drive progress across multiple SDGs while strengthening national and global commitments to a healthier, more just world. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with leading experts and contribute to the discussion on Ireland’s energy future.
