Join our Climate Week NYC virtual celebration of cities who are leading the way on phasing out fossil fuels.
Motions are passing around the world to safeguard public health, local safety, and global climate and to create a just transition off fossil fuels. Join SAFE Cities and the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty as we celebrate a year of leadership and victories by local and sub-national governments around the world.
We’ll be honoring community leaders and local and sub-national governments using their authority to stop fossil fuel expansion, electrify buildings and transit, create a just transition to renewable energy, and accelerate global action on fossil fuels.
