Join our special event on how to combat air pollution on the streets of the Capital through measures to curb fossil fuels.
12 months after London became the largest and most economically powerful metropolitan area in the world to endorse the call for a Fossil Fuel Treaty and ahead of the expansion of London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) at the end of August, we hope many of you in London or remotely will be able to discuss the issue of air pollution in London with our distinguished panel moderated by David Hillman (Stamp Out Poverty Director) and featuring:
Tessa Khan, Director of Uplift
Jo Galloway, London Regional Secretary of Unison
Dr Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury
and another major speaker
The event will start promptly at 18.30 running to 20.00, followed by a drinks reception until 21.00.
The event is organised by Stamp Out Poverty, UK Treaty Partner of the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Campaign.
For those attending in person, please note that places are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so it is best to register early to avoid disappointment.
